Investment Committee

Australis Investment Management Company Pty Ltd (Australis) has established an Investment Committee that is charged with making decisions about complex / material client transactions and / or minority equity participation opportunities.

The Investment Committee is comprised of the CEO (Simon Burge, Committee Chair), Business Analyst (Jackson Reynolds) and the two Non-executive Responsible Managers (Grant Kull and Bryce Reynolds).

All decisions of the Investment Committee are documented and sent directly to the Australis Board for transparency purposes.
